anyone help me? the volume isn't turning up or down, it's dead.
If it is the speakers, how do you get a new one?

Does earphone jack (if present) have audio?

Yeah, there's audio in the earphone jack. Also the original owner stated that one of the wire is loose to the speakers, seems like that's the problem. The problem is, how do you connect the wires?

They either are plugged in or attached by solder. Circuit board to earphone to speaker.

Hard to even try to do research without accurate information.
