2 yrs ago was getting that fan error and replaced the mainboard. This week the dark screen with sound. Backlight working. Initially got it to with for a minute with a dark red bar at bottom then it goes blab like an old projector with melting film shrinking down to a light spot them out. Now just dark. I can get a few vertical steaks if I fiddle with pulling ribbon cable to the T-con.
So I think it's a bad t-con. I don't have a service manual to troubleshoot deeper.
Can you please help me be more certain?
