Hi all pleasure to join forum .
I am after some help if possible samsung tv has sound , picture can been seen with flashlight , hence no back lights , supply from power board has 2 blue ,and 2 black wires , which are indicate blue positive black neg, voltage from blue is 180 volts nothing from black with plug removed, stripped tv all back lights on 4 strips working fine ,but when power tested with plug in power board 180 volts blue and 2 volts black , i presume black is neg so no voltage should be present , so backlights ok power to them appears fine but they do not light up any help much appreciated
