Wonky picture on RCA colortrak Can't Post

Hey there. New to this forum and I'm having trobule with my room mates old tv. It's an RCA Colortrak model # F20569GG.

The color in the picture is all distorted. The green display text in the top right corner is half blue and half red. There are patches of color RGB but no normal tv colors :P. Is this tv worn out or can it be fixed? Turned it on this mornign and it made a weird noise then this happened. Turned it off for a while and turned it back on, everything was normal. Turned it off later and on and it was all screwed up again.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Yeah it was working fine again until this morning, I turned it on and there was a spark in the back and it came on with the colors all screwed up. So replacing this should fix the problem?

how would i go about replacing it
