Hitachi ZP90 No video/ sound

Need help with a Zenith 50" IQB50M90W I think its Its actually a Hitachi ZP90 chassis?
I have no video/ sound.
About 6 green leds light when plugged in, then go out in about 5 sec. If I unplug for 15 sec leds will do the same.
If I disconnect jumper psd3 the leds stay on, but no video/sound.
Is there a common problem with these?
