Hi , not sure if this is described as a flicker , seems a bit more , does this look like an issue with the panel ? , i have re seated all cables which disconnect and lightly pressed the cof contacts , nothing seems to stop it ..

I am gussing loose connection somewhere between T-con and panel

Update to this , i bit the bullet and bought a new panel ,, all working fine now ..
