IF you do NOT have the remote sensor or manual power buttons connected, how do you turn it on/off?

I also do not own a multi meter that is why i just bought both boards
I bought them at different times and power board first didnt see any lights
then bought main board and didnt see any lights that is what made me decide to take it all a part
that is when i observed the lights flashing.
is there a chance i just got a bad power board?

Assuming no actions observed with BOTH the original boards installed ...

ANY sound or image when flickers? OSD? You DO have an active input selected and connected?

1) With the replacement Main board installed: If still flickers with either power supply installed - both are good ....

2) IF no action at all with the first PS reinstalled ... 1st supply bad in one way & 2nd supply bad in another way ... try a third
