power board fuse Can't Post

I have a Vizio E320AR tv with no power.Im thinking it might be the fuse.I wanted to know if the fuse on this board is removable. It has a connection on both sides that go into the board.

Same Vizio, I assume?

IF the set has ANY sign of life, it's NOT 'that' fuse.Measure across the fuse with an DVM set on ohms or continuity. a good fuse will read very near zero or beep continuously.Fuse is held in with solder on the back side of the board.
