Govideo vcr/dvd model 210 keeps turning itself on

Govideo vcr/dvd model 2140 keeps turning itself on,after i finish a movie and eject a tape,it will start to turn itself on and off every like 10 minutes for no reason and makes a noise like its searching for a videotape but cant find it.any ideas?
