SAMSUNG & SONY BLUE SCREEN FLASHING

First of all I want to say that it has been a pleasure to find this forum and I am glad to be able to help and find support in this kind of nostalgic reparations.
I have two devices one is the sony slv-se720 and the other is a samsung sv-255x The two have the same problem, their blue standby screen is constantly flashing. When I play a cassette or fast forward the image looks perfect. But when I press Stop and the blue screen returns, it starts flashing again.
Even if I enter the config menu the blink disappears but if I leave the menu, the flashing comes back
I have joined these two problems in the same post because I have seen that the two machines have exactly the same mainboard that is the "Scorpio II".
I've been checked all the capacitors and resistors and other components in the AV side but i didnt found nothing bad. so...
Has anyone had experience with this type of problem? Thanks in advance.
