Sony SL-700 betamax PSU issue

Hi,
My SL-700ME Sony Betamax has had very fluttery sound for a while but now it's cutting out after around half an hours worth of use in playback/ record. All other functions continue to work fine. I removed the PSU and there are a number of cooked capacitors so I'm going to blanket change them all. I have all the values except for one, C610 which has been so cooked there are no markings on it at all. On testing it, it measures just under 1uF and it's sweated a lot! Have searched everywhere for a manual both online and for a paper version but no luck and wondered if anyone could help?
