oh ok well thanks, i just want to be able to fix a wide variety of stuff and i already know how to read the 4, 5 or 6 markings on a resister and different capacitor capacities like uF, nF & pF and know how the different components work just not how to test half of them. Sorry about the misunderstanding and thanks again :)

I just got done puting the new capacitor in and now i hear a low pitch screech whenever the tv is on, is that normal becuase idont think icrossed any solder points or anything and i put it in the right way
