Hey Guys, New to here as well, with similar problems on the FLM3232 and have some electrical background (electrical and firmware engineer by trade). What I noticed is that if I leave the TV power on, the blue screen will eventually turn into pictures (normal) and if you power the TV off then on it will stay on. The wait before the screen start showing TV is temperature dependent. The higher the temperature, the faster it turn on. If you hook up the TV to composite, VGA, or RCA input, the video turns on immediately. Therefore I think it is the voltage (power) that is needed in the tuner. I haven't get a chance to test out the voltage yet but I think the 24V for the tuner is temperature specific. I'm no power supply engineer or have the money to buy a refurb power supply ($150). What do you guys think about adding an external 24V source?
